Most people don’t know this, but it’s often not that tiles need replacing, they may just need grouting to get a clean, fresh look. That’s a whole new look for the bathroom for just over $3000.00. According to the March 2010 edition of Australian Handyman, a complete bathroom renovation cost was upwards of $21,000.
Certainly a modernized bathroom (and kitchen) make a big difference to buyers. Good looking kitchens and bathrooms can dramatically improve the sale price of a property. What are you waiting for? It’s cheap as to regrout yourself and you’ll add value to your property immediately.
