Spring flowers are in bloom, many with glorious perfumes. Bright and colourful, they can help you sell your house, town house or acreage this spring.

If you are fortunate to have some of the wonderful flowering scrubs and plants in your garden, a bit of effort to make your garden look its best will be worth the effort. Keep the garden well watered, weeded and lawns mowed.

You can also add some spring blooms inside your home on open for inspection days. Not only will they release their wonderful perfumes, they’ll add their natural beauty and make your place even more desirable to prospective home buyers.
